A Bachelor of commerce from the Mysore University and a fellow member of the esteemed Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), he is actively engaged in the Assurance Services and Consulting practice.
His key areas of responsibilities are a complete business strategy and project management. Currently, his expertise is directed towards enabling foreign investments into India. He is responsible for many companies have set up their first factories, first offices, sales, and marketing offices devoid of hassles or hindrances. Additionally, he facilitates the set-up of branches and project offices, liaisons, incorporation of a company (green field and brown field), partner search and distributor search. In his day-to-day, a set of individuals with job-specific skill sets assist in obtaining necessary government clearances for setting up manufacturing plants in India while successfully advising a wide range of industries in initiating land acquisition, obtaining necessary clearances and concessions from the applicable ministries and also while complying with various tax regulations and controls. In his spare time, he likes to indulge in a game of carrom. He is a regular on the badminton courts.
