Additionally, his areas of expertise are Audits, Accounting, and Compliance practices. After graduating from Bangalore University, Poonacha became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is a Registered Valuer with IBBI under the Assets class - Securities or Financial Assets.
