Ranjan has been a partner with JBPR since its inception. A proud Bangalorean, he is continually engaged in the Assurance, Taxation and Consulting practice.
He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and He is a Registered Valuer with IBBI under the Assets class - Securities or Financial Assets. Ranjan is also pursuing Level 3 of the CFA-USA Course.
Ranjan’s areas of experience include Assurance Services across a wide range of business segments, especially the new-age business of Software, Healthcare, etc. In addition, he has been handling specialist services in the areas of taxation like Cross border transactions, ESOP services, etc. Ranjan further devotes his time to provide a wide range of services to Multinational Corporations across domains.
He has been involved in consulting for several companies and over the past six years and has been looked to as the go-to advisor in Investment Banking to several Technology & manufacturing companies.
